Welcome to Big Enough Ltd. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • All products are sold and supplied by Big Enough Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
  • By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • We may update or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if stock is unavailable or in cases of error (pricing, product details, etc.).
  • If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (unless stated otherwise).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes; however, delays may occasionally occur.
  • Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days for replacement or store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items must be returned within 5 days and can only be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Store credit is not available for sale items.
  • Items marked Final Sale, Outlet, or Clearance are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
  • Faulty items (as per the Consumer Guarantees Act) may be refunded or replaced, with shipping covered by us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of Big Enough Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question, except as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
  • Information collected is used only for order processing, customer service, and (with consent) marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
