At Big Enough Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your full-priced item, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase, provided it is:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition

With all original labels and tags attached

You may choose a replacement item or a store credit.

Sale Items

Must be returned within 5 days of purchase

Eligible for exchange only (equal or greater value)

Store credit is not available for sale item returns

Items marked Final Sale, Outlet, or Final Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty

Faulty Items
If an item is found to be faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will:

Provide a full refund (including shipping), or

Replace the item (subject to stock availability), based on your preference

Important Notes

Returned items are not refundable unless proven faulty

Return shipping costs are covered only in the case of faulty items

Big Enough Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for late returns or returns outside our standard Terms & Conditions
